 but in actuality...

I do it to help keep me SANE!!!!

Life is a lot of hurdles, with constant ups and downs.

Things happen unexpectedly and untimely.

During this pandemic, many American's have dealt with high stress, anxiety, and depression.

I get it... IT'S A LOT GOING ON....

During this time I learned to control the controllable and stay prepared so that I'll be able to manage the rest. 

Weight lifting and Fitness training has created an environment for me, that functions as an outlet where I can be myself and not focus on anything outside of those weights in front of me. 

It's become a sanctuary of peace and healing... 

People underestimate the benefits of what a consistent workout can do for their mental health.

There are KEY factors in workouts that have been proven to scientifically boost an individual's mood and overall brain function.

As civilized conscious people, we have to be aware of how life's daily pressures can be affecting us and how to combat them...

At SYT, we believe we can combat depression and other mental illnesses by WORKING IN THE GYM but also EMPHASIZING those KEY factors that make working out more therapeutic.

By setting realistic goals, clients will be able to sculpt themselves into a better version, MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY
